The Work

A clear path through this.

THE PROCESS

Every engagement starts with a paid two-week diagnostic.

We assess your current operation, identify the highest-leverage moves, and propose a sequenced path forward.

You walk out of the diagnostic with a written assessment of where margin, time, and attention are leaking — and what to do about it. Whether you continue with WEVRR or take the work elsewhere, the document is yours.

The three phases.

The work moves through three phases. Each one is sold independently. Each one is designed to stack into a complete operating change.

01

Phase One — Clarity

The strategic foundation. Everything built in later phases is downstream of decisions made here.

Phase One delivers:

  • Positioning that compresses sales cycles and protects pricing under competitive pressure
  • A defined human experience standard — the felt outcome your operation has to deliver every time, with the leadership team aligned on what that means
  • A sales and marketing plan that closes the gap between how the founder sells and how the rest of the company sells
  • An AI and automation architecture that names what gets automated, what stays human, and where AI gets deployed — with the policy that governs the line, so you’re not exposed when a client or regulator asks

02

Phase Two — Build

The infrastructure. The strategy from Phase One becomes the operating system that runs the company.

Phase Two delivers:

  • A sales and operating system configured to the way your business actually sells, replacing the institutional memory that currently lives in three people’s heads
  • Automation workflows that pull repetitive work off the team — recovered capacity that goes back into the relationships that produce revenue
  • An integration layer connecting the systems you already run, so nothing falls through the cracks between them
  • Documented SOPs that let the operation hold its standard when key people are out, on vacation, or no longer with the company

Build is delivered in three tiers, depending on the complexity of your operation: Essential, Standard, and Comprehensive. The right tier is determined in the diagnostic.

03

Phase Three — Embed

The training, documentation, and behavioural work that makes Phase One and Phase Two stick after WEVRR steps back.

Phase Three delivers:

  • A team trained on the new operating system — the work no longer depends on you being in every conversation
  • Internal documentation in your company’s voice — onboarding goes from months to weeks; institutional knowledge stops walking out the door when someone leaves
  • A manager enabled to own the system after WEVRR steps back, with the authority and the runbook to do it
  • A 60-day and 90-day check-in to catch what didn’t stick the first time, before it becomes a problem
